What is a cat cafe?

Cat cafes come to the U.S. via Taiwan and Japan. Here in the states, cat cafes are a bit different, as they usually feature only adoptable cats.

Turquoise Teapot and Cat Cafe houses adoptable cats in search of their forever homes. Visitors may enjoy a cafe treat and pay a small fee to visit with the cats. Some visitors are interested in adopting, but most simply want to enjoy some quality time with our social felines.

There is a barrier between the cafe area and the cat lounge, so visitors may either relax with the cats in the cat lounge - or stop in to the cafe to enjoy a specialty beverage... or both!

We have ample room in our upstairs seating and retail area for you while you're waiting for your reservation, to hang out with friends or do remote work.

Lead Kitten Patrol

Raff

Raff and his brother, Riff, are looking for a home together! After over a month in quarantine receiving treatment, they can’t imagine life without each other. They are both sweet boys, but Raff is the more confident of the pair. Their birthday is estimated to be March 16.

Assistant Kitten Patrol

Riff

Riff and his brother, Raff, were rescued from a mobilehome park as sick, orphaned kittens. After a long and successful treatment, they are now ready to go home. They are good with other cats and will likely do well in just about any loving home.

Shasta

Shasta is a year-and-a-half, affectionate orange boy looking for a second chance at the Cat Cafe. He was surrendered when his former owners were unable to pay for the surgery needed to cure a urinary blockage - luckily for Shasta, our rescue partner stepped in to help. Going forward, Shasta will need a special urinary care diet to stay healthy. As far as we can tell, Shasta gets along with everybody and will make a loving member of just about any family.

Daria and her littermates were lucky enough to be born at our partner rescue, Felines & Friends. She is a social purr machine and loves being around people. Daria would love to go home with one of her siblings!

Trent and his siblings were born on April 11th and are ready to find their furever homes! Kittens under six months need to go home with a playmate, and he’d love to go home with one of his siblings!

Margarite is a one-year-old tortoiseshell girl with a ton of tortittude! She is looking for a new place to settle down after her previous owner was unable to care for her. She would love a home where she can get plenty of attention. She enjoys the company of children and adults alike!
